I bought a chest of drawers from Allura. Delivery was at the stated time, Gaynor and Chris were very professional with Chris carrying the drawers upstairs, knowing it would be a struggle for me. I found both Gaynor and Chris very professional and a lovely couple and I would definitely look at buying from Allura again in the future.

Purchased some furniture from Allura today - what a great experience. The owners were terrific and couldn’t do enough to make the whole experience a truly pleasant one. Great stock and super service. We have just bought two fantastic pieces from Chris and Gaynor. Having seen their items on gumtree we travelled to Leeds to view. From the minute we arrived we were amazed by how lovely Chris and Gaynor are, so friendly, attentive, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They only wanted to ensure we got what we wanted. No sales pitch just genuine people. We picked two cabinets but wanted them in another colour with different tops. Chris said no problem and within a week we had our items exactly how we wanted them. We have never experienced sales like this- totally customer orientated! The prices are extremely reasonable. We will definitely come back. Gaynor's sideline in candles and other items is a lovely touch and can't thank her enough for her kindness. Luna the dog is lovely too!! Lovely, lovely people! Really friendly and couldn't do more to help. I purchased a side table, which they repainted the colour I wanted. They kept hold of it for 3 weeks while my house completed. When I went to pick it it, they carried it out to the car along with a glass of champagne (open day). Always a little gift with your purchase which is a lovely touch. Will definitely buy again and look forward to when their cafe is open. 😍

Tell us more: We took an old record player cabinet to Chris and Gaynor for a restoration/conversion job into a drinks cabinet. The finished product is fantastic, and Chris and Gaynor were very friendly and professional throughout the process - keeping us well informed, giving us great suggestions and being really responsive to what we were looking for. It’s clear they both have a passion for what they do, and we would happily shop with them again! :)
