Collection and Delivery Policy


  • Our insurance policy does not cover removing any items from walls, floor fixings or disassembling.

  • All Collection Items must be disassembled, disconnected, and available for immediate collection at the agreed time, ensuring suitable and sufficient access to remove the items. Our delivery teams cannot remove any windows or doors to collect any items.



  • Items will be delivered to your nominated address. Our delivery team will email or phone you to organise a convenient date and time.

  • Unfortunately, our public liability and personal insurance policy does not permit our team to carry furniture upstairs or fix items to walls or floors.

  • We can leave your item in the first reception room to your property.


Further Information

  • All collection and deliveries are subject to a walk-through assessment.

  • If our delivery/collection team consider that collection/delivery of an Item is likely to cause damage to your property, they will inform you and record their concern on the delivery/collection document.

  • You may instruct our team to continue to collect/deliver the Item, but we will not be liable for any damage caused to your property as a consequence of your instruction.



  • Our delivery team are having their temperatures checked every morning and are wearing protective face masks and gloves. They are also carrying hand sanitiser and antiviral wipes as additional safety measures.

  • If you or anyone else living at the property are showing symptoms, our delivery team will reschedule for a later date. The same applies if anyone in your home is currently shielding.

  • Thank you in advance for your understanding and for helping to keep our delivery team safe by maintaining a safe distance.
