Your Statutory Rights are 7 days if purchased in store/14 days online – Rest Assured that we offer an Extended Full 30 Days. 

 

Simply Fill out our contact form on our website and we will reply to you asking for any further information that we require and then we will get the wheels in motion, we will then collect your item and refund you 100% of the full order value which also includes the delivery charge.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is deemed to be non-resalable. Items requiring assembly must not be assembled in any way or they will not be accepted back. Your refund will be forwarded within a maximum of 30 days from the cancellation. This time period is to allow the furniture to be returned, inspected and to administrate accordingly.

Please Note, (30 Day Return Policy) If furniture is delivered outside of the UK mainland by whatever means and you wish to return it, it is your responsibility to cover the costs back to the dispatching warehouse.

 

Damaged/Faulty Items or Missing Parts

If on the rare occasion it happens you have a problem with your new furniture, please follow these 3 simple steps:

  1. Please fill the contact form out, we will then respond to you requesting some further info.

  2. Take some photos of the damaged/effected area including a close-up of the issue and a distant shot showing the whole piece. (We will ask for this when we respond to you)

  3. Once this information has been received our care team will deal with the problem with the utmost priority to reach a high customer satisfaction.

Damaged or faulty items & missing parts must be reported within 7 days of receiving delivery of the order.
